Dear Colleagues at Deloitte,
As the bell tolls once more, I seem to hear time whisper—reminding me that this journey is coming to a close. My heart is filled with mixed emotions: a reluctance to part, deep gratitude, and countless memories. Each ring of the bell over the past year carried a story, stitching together the moments we shared. Today, those echoes form a beautiful symphony engraved in my heart.
Chapter One: The First Toll of the Bell
I still remember the moment the automatic doors on the 21st floor opened. With passion for sustainability and ESG, and a belief that “corporate transformation must create real impact,” I stepped into this world full of challenge and hope. I was filled with anticipation and uncertainty.
I didn’t realize then that each chime of the bell would become a witness to my growth and transformation. Here, I learned how to translate knowledge into practice, how to push myself through pressure, and what it truly means to deliver value—not just in completing tasks, but in bringing real support to clients and teammates.
Every toll of the bell marked both the start of a new experience and a moment of self-reflection.
Each Toll Tells a Story
Every project was a journey of its own—each moment resonating like a bell echoing in memory:
- ISO 20400 Sustainable Procurement: Late nights spent untangling complex problems taught me that effort never betrays you. That flash of clarity when the solution finally emerged will always stay with me.
- “Big Leads Small” Decarbonization: Navigating communications between clients and suppliers showed me that a consultant’s role isn’t just to provide answers, but to help others find their own breakthroughs.
- Twin Transition: Supporting legacy industries in merging digitalization with sustainability revealed how real change demands patience and sincerity—it’s about consistently planting seeds of belief.
These echoes remind me that the true value of work lies in the sincerity we give and the people we help along the way
What I’ve Learned

Gratitude Beyond Words
What touched me most about Deloitte was the team spirit that says, “When one person is stuck, we all step in.”
As fellow consultants, we face demanding expectations together—but what I found here was a team that always lends a hand. The culture of sharing knowledge, offering help, and celebrating growth together made me feel like we were building something much bigger than ourselves.
I remember the late nights working side by side in meeting rooms. We were exhausted, but the energy was genuine and warm—like beams of light illuminating my path ahead. I’ve met so many brilliant and kind-hearted colleagues. So many mentors shared their wisdom generously, accelerating my learning curve in just a short year. As I prepare to leave, countless names flash through my mind—each one a chime of the bell, each memory a cherished note.
To those who affectionately called me “Guru”—thank you for your humour and for embracing my “unconventional work philosophy.” Whether it was ignoring pings to focus on what truly matters, or reframing pressure through alternative lenses, I never expected those quirks to resonate with you. But maybe, it’s just a reflection of the passion I hold: that work should be meaningful, not mechanical.
Let This Bell Echo Forward
With each toll of the bell, my inner voice grows clearer—it’s time to turn the page. The courage, clarity, and resilience this chapter has gifted me will carry me into the next. Our shared memories—late-night grind sessions, problem-solving marathons—won’t fade. They are the bonds I carry with pride and gratitude.
Though our paths may now diverge, I believe that so long as we hold on to our shared purpose and passion, we’ll reconnect without hesitation—ready to share new adventures and write new chapters, no matter where life has taken us.
