Like the ebb and flow of ocean tides guiding sailors into uncharted waters, every life journey inevitably encounters moments that signal the beginning of a new course. As I prepare to turn the page to a new chapter, my heart overflows with gratitude for the past eighteen months spent navigating alongside you. This farewell is not an end, but a reflection—a moment to honour the shared voyage, the challenges overcome, and the many small victories that defined our time together.
Looking back, what stands out most are not milestones or deliverables, but faces—your faces—and the camaraderie that gave rhythm to our workdays. We were not merely a team but a fleet: charting projects like coordinated vessels on open seas. From the sunrise of new initiatives to late nights steering through complex issues, each wave we encountered brought growth, resilience, and laughter.
